APPRENTICES

NECA promotes and supports development of programs and training courses to ensure an adequate supply of technically and professionally qualified craftsmen in all areas of the country and in all types of electrical work. These include expansion of apprenticeship training and continuing education courses for journeymen that prepare them to work with technological advances in this ever-expanding industry.

NECA also endorses the maximum utilization by its members of the indentured apprentices available through local joint Apprenticeship and Training Committees.
